Because the information and repair situation in Germany is so precarious that people are practically forced to help themselves.
This starts with the medical supply stores as a point of contact for repairs and ends with the bicycle repair shops, which are reluctant to balance a drive wheel.

That's why we collect our findings and make them available to the community.
